wanted loud, wanted close-mic vocals up front. problem with AI-generated stems: the top end comes back mangled — sibilance, harsh resonances, mush where there should be air. easier to hide on dense instrumentals, much harder when the voice is the whole track. did what i could with the tools and skill currently on hand. some spots still bite. some are mushy. shipping it anyway because it's a better track than no track. lyrics are mine — wrote them, then let the AI clean up the flow.
